Introduction: Lord Mackinlay of Richborough

Craig Mackinlay, having been created Baron Mackinlay of Richborough, of Rochester in the County of Kent, was introduced and took the oath, supported by Lord Hayward and Lord Jackson of Peterborough, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
