Retirements of Members

My Lords, I should like to notify the House of the retirements with effect from 31 July of the noble Baroness, Lady Jolly, from 1 August of the noble Lord, Lord Warner, and from 13 August of the noble Lord, Lord Owen, pursuant to section 1 of the House of Lords Reform Act 2014. On behalf of the House, I should like to thank the noble Lords for their much-valued service to the House.
