The right honourable Carwyn Howell Jones, having been created Baron Jones of Penybont, of Penybont in the County of Penybont Ar Ogwr, was introduced and took the oath, supported by Lord Murphy of Torfaen and Baroness Wilcox of Newport, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
