Moved by

That Lord Kakkar be appointed a member of the Select Committee, in place of Lord Etherton, and that he be appointed Chair of the Select Committee.

My Lords, regretfully, the noble and learned Lord, Lord Etherton, is unable to continue as chair of the Conduct Committee. I am, however, pleased to recommend to the House that the noble Lord, Lord Kakkar, takes up the position in his place. I beg to move.
