The right honourable Victoria Mary Boswell Prentis, KC, having been created Baroness Prentis of Banbury, of Somerton in the County of Oxfordshire, was introduced and took the oath, supported by Lord Burnett of Maldon and Lord Cameron of Chipping Norton, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
