(1) notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order No. 14(10)—

(a) the ballot for private Members’ bills shall be held on Thursday 5 September,

(b) ballot bills shall be presented on Wednesday 16 October; and
Speaker
(2) the provisions of Standing Order No 14(11) shall apply as if the words “Thursday 17 October” were substituted for the words “after the fifth Wednesday on which the House shall sit during the session”.—(Lucy Powell.)
