The honourable Toby Daniel Moorsom Young, having been created Baron Young of Acton, of Acton in the London Borough of Ealing, was introduced and took the oath, supported by Baroness Fox of Buckley and Lord Moynihan of Chelsea, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
